Cancellation Policy

At Figgy’s Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide the highest quality service and care for your vehicle. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Weather & Service Conditions     •    Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or lack of adequate space, water, or power supply.     •    We reserve the right to decline or postpone services if conditions prevent safe or effective detailing. 2. Pre-Existing Damage     •    Figgy’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, swirl marks, cracked leather, or worn interiors.     •    Some imperfections may become more visible after cleaning or polishing, which is normal and not the result of our services. 3. Results & Limitations     •    While we make every effort to achieve the best results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, oxidation, or damage.     •    Vehicle age, condition, and material limitations may affect outcomes. 4. Personal Items & Valuables     •    Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment.     •    We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items. 5. Health & Safety     •    We will not service vehicles with biohazards, mold, infestations, excessive pet hair, or unsafe conditions. Additional fees may apply for excessive soiling.     •    For safety reasons, please ensure there is adequate working space and that pets or children are kept away during service. 6. Paint & Aftercare     •    Wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings require proper maintenance after application. Figgy’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for future damage or neglect following service.     •    Paint correction services cannot guarantee 100% defect removal due to paint thickness and safety considerations. 7. Payment & Cancellations     •    Payment is due in full at the time of service.     •    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. 8. Liability Limitation     •    Figgy’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after detailing, as these are unrelated to our services.     •    By booking, you acknowledge that detailing involves the use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment and accept all associated risks.
